The website that I’m going to redesign is ‘lette macarons. Below is its URL

This website is a macarons bakery website, its design looks a bit empty, and the focus point is all on the left side. I want to redesign the layout and make the website more interesting. Even though macarons are yummy, the website macarons looks normal, it doesnt get audience’s attention. The target audience for this website is wildly because it’s a desert website, and many people might be interested in it.  Be specific, I think one part of the target audience are the people who are having party and wedding. And the other part of the target audience are travelers.  I have learnｅd that I need to make my website more clearly represent the company’s style because my website was kind of confusing people. It’s doesn’t really looks like a studio’s website. So I might have to change the style and think about who the target audience are.

BMW has a stylish website design. I really like its typrography, and its photography has BMW’s style. The website has information about BMW’s company, cars and dealer’s location, and it also has the price of every cars. In my opinion, I think BMW’s website is not only for people who afordable BMW’s car, it’s also for people who likes BMW. So their audience might be people who are considering purchase BMW’s car and BMW’s fans. The website’s goal is promote their cars and raise the visualization of the brand.

US News & World Report is a type of news websites. It has information of education, law, travel, cars, etc. The most useful part for me on this website is education part because it’s very organize. I can search every school’s rankings on it, and it has many kinds of graduate schools, undergraduate schools and majors. The goal of their website is attract audience to browse their website more often and set it as the home page. It has many advertisements, so they might need more sponsors to support their website. Their audience are various, for example, students, travelers, parents and people who interested in news and other information on their website.

I like the costmetic brand Benefit’s website. It presents cute retro style, and their costemic’s packing is the same style as well. Benefit’s website introduced the new make up product and skincare product, also they have online shopping on their website. The type of this website is commercial websites. Their audiences are age 16-30 female customers because their costmetics are design according to young female customers. Their website goals are advertisng their products, establishing their company reputation and selling their products online.
